Senior Production Support Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Production Support Engineer - EU / UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure environments and controls, and troubleshoot customer integrations with the platform
• Provide high-quality support by responding to inquiries, diagnosing issues, and generating corrective action plans
• Monitor production transaction volume and performance, and coordinate internal projects to enhance the support process

Required Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in technical support, production support, or IT support for B2B customers
• Experience in the card payments industry, with knowledge of Visa and Mastercard transaction flows
• Good understanding of API technologies and troubleshooting
• Intermediate SQL knowledge (MySQL or Postgres preferred)
• Familiarity with scripting languages such as Python, Ruby, or Shell
