Senior Professional Services Architect

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Architect in the USA.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customers through the requirements phase of implementation process, configure the environment, and perform fit/gap analysis
• Develop, test, and deliver integrations for customers, perform deployments, and resolve implementation issues
• Create knowledge-base articles, identify and resolve business and technical issues, and deliver product trainings

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience with Java based applications and REST architectures
• Deep understanding of HTTP protocols and hands-on experience with SOAP/XML/JMS/JSON
• Excellent customer facing skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to quickly learn new technologies and troubleshoot complex issues
• Experience with cloud architecture, program scripting, and integration technologies is a plus
