Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Professional Services Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary consultant for customer onboarding activities related to the Observo AI solution
• Assist with troubleshooting and debugging deployments involving Observo AI and related solutions
• Deliver implementation, enablement, and advisory services for cloud-based products and technologies

Required Qualifications

• Good understanding of major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Experience in Cybersecurity, particularly in SIEM and security data pipeline
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
• Proficiency with automation tools or scripting languages (Python, PowerShell, Bash)
• 5+ years in a field services role, preferably in a cybersecurity-related domain
