Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

To support a growing Professional Services team, the full-time Senior Professional Services Consultant will implement Infoblox products to enhance customer outcomes, provide technical leadership, and ensure successful project delivery while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Understand customer business requirements and translate them into actionable implementation projects
• Create project technical documentation and perform upgrades/refreshes for customer environments
• Ensure projects are completed successfully, on time, and on budget, achieving a customer satisfaction score of 95 or above

Required qualifications

• At least 8 years of professional services delivery and consulting experience
• Experience with SaaS networking and/or software security is a plus
• Familiarity with DNS, DHCP, and IP address management
• A minimum of a bachelor's degree (BA or BS), or equivalent experience
• Ability for up to 10% travel
