Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

To accelerate customer success post-sale, the remote Senior Professional Services Consultant will provide specialized technical and advisory support, leading implementations and integrations while customizing solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical implementations and post-sale onboarding, focusing on integrations with LMS, HRIS, CRM, and other systems
• Customize content by creating tailored roleplays, personas, and scorecards aligned with customer workflows
• Collaborate across teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and define standard operating procedures

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in professional services, implementation consulting, or sales engineering in SaaS
• Proficiency in technical configuration, including integrations and reporting workflows
• Experience thriving in cross-functional environments, balancing multiple team interactions
• Strong desire to learn and teach, with a focus on delivering impactful technical solutions
• Ability to translate customer needs into scalable, high-quality solutions
