Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

Serving as a critical technical liaison, the full-time Senior Professional Services Consultant will manage complex solution deployments, provide customer onboarding and technical account management, and drive adoption of Loqate's global location intelligence solutions in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Tailor Loqate integration solutions to meet customer expectations using knowledge of multiple operating systems and web development languages
• Act as a strategic technical advisor, identifying expansion opportunities and consulting on compliance, security, and scalability challenges
• Build lasting customer relationships by monitoring success post-implementation and helping clients maximize value from the platform

Required qualifications

• 5+ years in a customer-facing technical role, such as Professional Services, Solutions Engineering, or Technical Consulting
• Experience with address verification technology and e-commerce integrations (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Shopify)
• Proficiency in web services and systems architecture, including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
• Strong project management capabilities with experience managing multiple customer engagements simultaneously
• Proactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues effectively
