Senior Professional Services Consultant

Job Summary

Managing migration projects remotely, the full-time Senior Professional Services Consultant will lead customer transitions from Secure Email Gateways to Abnormal AI, ensuring secure and efficient deployments while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage migration projects, ensuring seamless transitions from legacy SEGs to Abnormal Security
• Deliver guidance on enterprise mail flow and email security policies, implementing necessary compliance measures
• Troubleshoot and resolve mail flow issues to ensure reliable email delivery post-migration

Required qualifications

• BS/BA degree with 5-7 years in a customer-facing role managing enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS deployments or migrations
• Experience with enterprise mail flow integration and migration projects, including SEG decommissioning
• Strong knowledge of email security protocols such as SMTP, MX records, SPF, DKIM, and DMARC
• Understanding of compliance frameworks such as SOC 2, HIPAA, and GDPR
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace Security, including Defender for Office 365 and Google Workspace Security
