Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Professional Services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and drive supervisors and staff performance
• Address customer satisfaction issues
• Lead and guide Services teams to support new and existing customers

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10 years' prior experience in a client services role
• 5-7 years' prior managerial experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
• Previous CRM experience required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, Master's degree preferred
