Senior Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer - UK.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver onboarding and implementation packages, serving as the main technical point of contact
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
• Create customer-facing documentation and facilitate enablement workshops for various audiences

Required Qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services or Technical Consulting
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
• Strong understanding of cloud-native architectures and data modeling
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems (CI/CD, GitHub/GitLab, etc.)
• Comfortable working with JSON and YAML; knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
