Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers in a consultative capacity and provide expertise on NICE products and contact center solutions
• Manage customer expectations, configure products, and coordinate inter-departmental activities to ensure project success
• Supervise junior staff and contribute to business analysis, project management, and cost/benefit analysis for projects

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or business field or equivalent work experience
• MBA preferred
• 4+ years of professional experience relevant to the position
• Experience in technology implementation, business optimization, education, or engineering services
• Analytical and service-oriented personal profile with a friendly demeanor
