Senior Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the design and delivery of complex technical engagements, the full-time Senior Professional Services Engineer Consultant will work remotely or in Raleigh or San Francisco, focusing on custom integrations, data solutions, and technical project delivery to enhance customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Lead engagement design and scoping conversations with customers, defining problems and authoring Statements of Work
• Design and build custom integrations and data solutions, including writing production-quality code and implementing ETL processes
• Manage multiple complex technical projects, ensuring delivery aligns with customer outcomes, scope, and timelines

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role within B2B SaaS, with hands-on coding and integration experience
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Node.js for backend development
• Deep experience with APIs, data pipelines, integration patterns, and ETL processes
• SQL proficiency and expertise in data modeling
• Experience leading technical transformation initiatives and data infrastructure projects
