Senior Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

Acting as a hands-on technical consultant, the full-time Senior Professional Services Engineer will manage customer engagements from kickoff through delivery, focusing on designing, implementing, and scaling Cortex setups while working remotely, preferably from the AMER Pacific Time Zone.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Cortex Onboarding & Implementation packages, serving as the main technical point of contact
• Design, configure, and troubleshoot Cortex features and integrations across the engineering toolchain
• Create customer-facing learning guides and facilitate enablement workshops for various audiences

Required qualifications

• Experience in customer-facing technical roles such as Professional Services, Technical Consulting, or Solutions Architecture
• Hands-on experience integrating SaaS tools via APIs, webhooks, and ingestion pipelines
• Familiarity with modern engineering ecosystems including CI/CD and cloud providers
• Comfortable working with JSON and YAML; knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
