Senior Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

Engaging customers in a consultative capacity, the full-time Senior Professional Services Engineer will provide specialized expertise in NiCE products and the contact center industry while managing technical and business tasks remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Provide senior-level technical configuration, programming, and database design for NiCE products
• Manage end-to-end system life cycle development for small to large-scale projects, including business analysis and user needs assessment
• Supervise junior staff and subcontracted personnel during project life cycles, ensuring successful engagement outcomes

Required qualifications

• BS/BA in a technical or business field, or equivalent work experience required; MBA preferred
• 5+ years of professional experience in relevant areas
• Experience in implementation, business optimization, education & enablement, or engineering services
• Strong analytical skills with a service-oriented and team-friendly demeanor
• Prior consulting experience is a bonus
