Senior Professional Services Engineer

Job Summary

To support strategic customer outcomes, the remote Senior Professional Services Engineer will facilitate technical scoping and delivery, influence product offerings through market analysis, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best-in-class technical solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate technical scoping and delivery for strategic customers to achieve desired business outcomes
• Influence the evolution of solutions and product offerings based on market trends and customer feedback
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering organizations to enhance products based on customer needs and documented issues

Required qualifications

• 7-8 years of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Minimum of 2 years project management experience
• 2+ years of experience working with the Smartsheet platform
• Demonstrated success in designing and implementing advanced Smartsheet solutions
• Excellent client management skills in both pre-sales and post-sales environments
