Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure services are implemented correctly and billed accurately and timely
• Partner with sales during the pre-sales and post-sales phases, managing service-related aspects of deals
• Oversee project financials, team management, and client escalations to ensure long-term client success

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in a Software, SaaS, or consulting environment
• 3+ years of experience in people management
• 2+ years of experience in project management
• Exceptional mentorship and leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience; technical or master's degree is a plus
