Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Professional Services Operations Manager to support the global leadership and delivery team in driving the implementation and adoption of their products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Professional Services leadership in setting the vision and strategic direction for global PS process and systems
  • Drive operational reporting and forecasting for Professional Services, including revenue recognition and overall KPI tracking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Partner, Deal Management, Customer Success, and Finance
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of experience in Professional Services, Services Operations, Services Sales, or a combination of these
  • Strong systems experience with multiple CRMs and reporting tools, including Salesforce, Mavenlink, Tableau, Gainsight, etc
  • Eager to learn and stay up to date on industry standards and tools
  • Ability to build strong relationships across departments and communicate effectively
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and bring in new innovative ideas
