Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support defense and submarine programs with compliance knowledge in ITAR and EAR.

Key Responsibilities

Support end-to-end program execution for international defense contracts, ensuring compliance with ITAR/EAR and FMS regulations
Serve as the primary point of contact for U.S. government and foreign military stakeholders
Develop and manage integrated master schedules, budgets, and risk mitigation plans for contract deliverables

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field
10-15 years of program management experience in defense logistics or related industries
Deep understanding of ITAR, EAR, and Foreign Military Sales (FMS) processes
U.S. Citizenship required due to government contract requirements
Active Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain
