Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce executive-level dashboards and platform health reporting
• Monitor and manage incident workflows to prevent SLA breaches
• Support agile delivery frameworks and manage intake workflows within ServiceNow

Required Qualifications

• Technical proficiency in ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and advanced Excel
• Strong knowledge of agile methodologies and enterprise IT governance
• Proven ability to work independently while managing multiple workflows
• Bachelor's Degree in a Business discipline or equivalent plus 10 years of experience
• Ability to pass a Tier 2/Moderate Background Investigation
