Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to contribute to national security efforts through program planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and maintenance of the program's Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) and conduct critical path analysis
• Drive the program's risk and opportunity management process, facilitating key program meetings and presenting analysis to leadership
• Manage the program's baseline change control process and mentor junior program analysts

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of experience
• Active Secret Clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI
• Full understanding of program management and control principles in a government contracting environment
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel
• Experience in program control disciplines
