Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support research program operations for the Investigators, Scientific Review, and Management team within the Department of Veterans Affairs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead project management activities for field-based research programs, tracking deliverables and timelines
• Support implementation of research program initiatives by coordinating with stakeholders and program offices
• Maintain tracking tools and support program oversight through data collection and synthesis

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, public health, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program operations, project management, or administrative coordination
• Experience managing tracking tools and coordinating workflows across multiple stakeholders
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Teams, and SharePoint
• Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance
