Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst responsible for supporting government programs with a focus on logistics and supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform contract oversight and AOR/COR duties, ensuring contractor performance aligns with the Performance Work Statement (PWS)
• Develop, review, and refine contractual documents, including Statements of Work (SOW) and PWS
• Track and analyze program data related to budget, schedule, and contractual milestones

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of experience within the Department of Navy or Department of War organization(s)
• Experience in DoD program analysis and contract management, preferably in logistics or supply chain operations
• Strong experience in developing and managing Statements of Work (SOW) and Performance Work Statements (PWS)
• Understanding of the DoD 5000 series acquisition process and relevant federal regulations (FAR/DFARS)
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or a related field is preferred
