Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Analyst to support research program operations for the Department of Veterans Affairs Office of Research and Development.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate processing of project modification and budget requests related to implementation science and peer review research initiatives
• Coordinate program workflows to ensure alignment with established guidelines and timelines
• Collect, analyze, and synthesize data to support reporting and performance tracking for stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, public administration, health administration, public health, research, finance, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in program management or analysis within a complex organization
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage tasks and prioritize workstreams
• Experience with data validation, analysis, and maintaining structured tracking tools
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and SharePoint
