Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the HEFP portfolio, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will manage contractor performance, oversee project execution, and support contract staff onboarding in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the Contractor's lead for assigned program areas, formulating work standards and supervising contractor personnel
• Coordinate with COR, technical representatives, and CO to address contract issues and ensure performance
• Track project execution, identify risks, and manage milestones while overseeing opportunities for program improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant medical, engineering, or science discipline with a minimum of 15 years of experience, or a Master of Science degree with 10 years of program management experience
• 5 years of VA program management experience and a total of 10 years of experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
