Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Leading the management of high-impact capital initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will oversee contractor performance, support onboarding, and coordinate project execution for the VHA HEFP Special Engineering Program in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities:

• Serve as the Contractor's lead for assigned program areas, formulating work standards and supervising contractor personnel
• Coordinate with COR, technical representatives, and CO to address contract issues and ensure performance accountability
• Track project execution, identify risks, and manage milestones, while proposing program improvements and delegating tasks to team members

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor of Science in a relevant medical, engineering, or science discipline with a minimum of 15 years of experience, or a Master of Science degree with 10 years of program management experience
• Five years of VA program management experience and a total of 10 years of relevant experience
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is highly preferred
