Job Summary

Analyzing program performance and developing actionable insights, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will support requirements documentation, contribute to Agile planning, and prepare reports and communication materials in a healthcare-focused environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance
• Develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement
• Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks and issues

Required qualifications

• 7 years of experience in healthcare payer program management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system, focusing on Veterans healthcare and outreach
