Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Providing advanced analytical and program management support, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will lead program evaluations, manage deliverables, and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of complex programs in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of medium-sized programs or projects
• Collect, analyze, and interpret program data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
• Serve as a primary point of contact for program-related inquiries and issues, facilitating communication between internal teams and external stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Data Analytics, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience in program analysis, project management, or a related field
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet) and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to stakeholders
