Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

To support the Department of Veterans Affairs' Community Care Network Next Generation, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will lead technology implementation initiatives, managing multi-workstream coordination and ensuring alignment with enterprise-level modernization goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead coordination efforts for CCN NG and VFMP technology implementation, ensuring on-time delivery of program milestones
• Support Agile development activities, including Program Increment planning and workflow optimization using JIRA
• Monitor program schedules, identify risks, and maintain integrated master schedules reflecting real-time status across workstreams

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of project coordination or program analysis experience, with at least 3 years supporting federal healthcare programs
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related discipline; Master's degree or PMP certification preferred
• Experience supporting VA or other federal agency modernization initiatives within the past year
• Ability to obtain and maintain a VA Position of Public Trust clearance; active VA network access eligibility preferred
• Proficiency with Agile tools and frameworks (JIRA, SAFe, or equivalent) and experience coordinating PI planning events
