Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will analyze operating programs, assess business processes, and support the development of executive-level metrics and dashboards in a VA healthcare setting.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs using qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
• Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness
• Lead the development of executive-level metrics and dashboards to enhance business processes and drive operational excellence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
