Senior Program Analyst

Job Summary

Analyzing program performance and translating data insights into actionable recommendations, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will develop performance metrics, support Agile planning, and prepare reports and stakeholder communication materials in a collaborative environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform program analysis, data analysis, and reporting to assess program performance and support decision-making
• Develop and apply performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide recommendations for program improvement
• Support requirements analysis, documentation, and reporting related to program risks, issues, and status

Required qualifications

• 7 years of experience in healthcare payer program management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Proven experience in a large-scale integrated healthcare system, particularly focused on Veterans healthcare and outreach
