Senior Program Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting strategic initiatives in a full-time remote capacity, the Senior Program Analyst will lead project planning and execution, facilitate stakeholder engagement, and develop executive-level deliverables for healthcare technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to digital health, AI, and healthcare innovation
- Facilitate meetings and workshops to foster collaboration and consensus among stakeholders and project teams
- Develop executive-level briefings, status reports, and other client-facing deliverables to communicate project status and recommendations
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Information Systems, Project Management, Communications, or a related field
- Five or more years of professional experience in federal, healthcare, technology, or program management initiatives
- Demonstrated experience leading project activities, including planning, execution, and risk management
- Experience facilitating stakeholder engagements and building consensus across teams
- Proficiency in developing executive-level briefings and client-facing deliverables
