Job Summary
To support federal capital investment and infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will provide programmatic support for the Marine Corps Installations Command, focusing on project management, stakeholder coordination, and risk reporting in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and status updates for government oversight of special projects
- Identify project risks and prepare monthly risk reports with mitigation recommendations
- Coordinate communication among stakeholders, organizing meetings and managing logistics for project collaboration
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., business, engineering, public policy)
- 4+ years of experience supporting Government or DoD programs, particularly in capital investment or MILCON project development
- Working knowledge of project planning tools and methodologies
- Experience preparing project documentation such as plans, meeting minutes, and budget materials
- Familiarity with project management systems (e.g., FIWEB, PBIS, eProjects)
