Job Summary
Supporting federal capital investment and infrastructure initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Analyst will manage program plans, track execution and financial actions, and assist with governance activities in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting development and maintenance of long-range facilities restoration and modernization plans and providing regular status updates
- Monitoring execution of current-year facilities programs, tracking milestones, and developing weekly/monthly reporting
- Assisting with the development, review, and coordination of official program documentation, including Authority to Advertise and Congressional Notifications
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., engineering, architecture, business, public policy, public administration)
- 4-6 years of experience supporting Government or DoD programs, including MILCON project development and budgeting
- Familiarity with FSRM, MILCON, demolition programs, or similar federal facilities portfolios
- Prior experience collaborating with engineering, planning, financial, or regional teams to support infrastructure projects
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools, including MS Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
