Senior Program Analyst Informatics

Job Summary

Evaluating program effectiveness and recommending improvements, the full-time Senior Program Analyst, Informatics will analyze operational programs, assess risks, and support workforce modernization activities in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of operating programs using qualitative and quantitative data
• Lead analysis of program effectiveness and support the development of executive-level metrics and dashboards
• Identify and mitigate risks related to surge capacity, training variation, and workforce readiness

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• Minimum 10 years of experience in program analysis with relevant clinical informatics experience in a VA healthcare setting
• Demonstrated ability to identify and mitigate risks
• Understanding of SAFe Lean-Agile principles
