Job Summary
Providing strategic oversight and technical expertise, the remote Senior Program Compliance Expert will manage federal grants administration, compliance monitoring, and performance assessments while supervising staff and ensuring high-quality technical assistance and project deliverables.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee federal grant administration activities, including performance reviews and financial analysis
- Lead the design and improvement of monitoring methodologies and compliance review tools
- Analyze programmatic and financial data to identify compliance risks and technical assistance needs
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in program and contract management
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
- Experience with federal government contracting and grants management
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise in public health or human services through publications or presentations
