Providing strategic oversight for federal grants administration, the full-time Senior Program Compliance Expert will manage compliance reviews, corrective action management, and technical assistance while supervising staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a remote work environment.
Key responsibilities:
- Oversee federal grant administration activities, including pre-award and post-award oversight and performance reviews
- Lead the design and continuous improvement of monitoring and compliance review methodologies and assessment tools
- Analyze programmatic and financial data to identify compliance risks and technical assistance needs
Required qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience
- A minimum of 4 years of direct program and contract management experience
- At least 3 years of supervisory experience
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise through publications or presentations in a relevant public health or human services area
