Senior Program Compliance Expert
Job Summary
Serving as the subject matter expert, the full-time Senior Program Compliance Expert will oversee federal grants administration, compliance monitoring, and technical assistance for assigned grantees, while managing staff and ensuring high-quality deliverables in a remote or hybrid work environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversees federal grant administration activities, including monitoring, compliance reviews, and corrective action management
- Leads the design and continuous improvement of monitoring methodologies and compliance assessment tools
- Analyzes performance data to identify compliance risks and develop technical assistance resources for grantees
Required qualifications
- Master's degree in a relevant field
- At least 20 years of relevant work experience, including 4 years in program and contract management
- A minimum of 3 years' supervisory experience
- Experience with federal government contracting and grants management
- Demonstrated subject matter expertise through publications or comparable accomplishments in public health or human services
