Senior Program Controls Analyst

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Senior Program Controls Analyst will manage cost-schedule integration and program planning for a diverse portfolio of defense, NASA, and commercial contracts, while supporting the implementation of corporate forecasting tools.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and analyze time-phased cost baselines and forecasts in alignment with program schedules
• Support the creation of Performance Measurement Baselines and facilitate Integrated Baseline Reviews tailored to contract types
• Collaborate with corporate finance to ensure program reporting aligns with business objectives and financial planning cycles

Required qualifications

• Five or more years of experience in program controls, cost analysis, or financial planning within aerospace or defense environments
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• Experience with program cost control, performance measurement, and earned value analysis
• Strong knowledge of Earned Value Management principles and ANSI/EIA-748 compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and cost reporting tools, with working knowledge of Microsoft Project
