Job Summary
Supporting the delivery of a commercial and industrial lighting program, the full-time Senior Program Coordinator will manage operational processes, track submissions and budget allocations, and coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Coordinate communication across internal teams and external stakeholders, including Trade Allies
- Track program submissions, budget allocation, and overall program performance
- Develop and maintain reports to support forecasting, planning, and decision making
Required qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in program coordination, operations, or data tracking
- Experience working with reporting, forecasting, or program performance metrics
- Demonstrated ability to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in data entry and quality control
- Bachelor's degree preferred
