Senior Program Cost Controls Supervisor

Job Summary

Supporting the Ukraine Patriot program, the full-time remote Senior Program Cost Controls Supervisor will manage detailed financial analysis, prepare Earned Value reporting, and develop quarterly estimates to ensure successful program execution.

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare Earned Value reporting and conduct financial analysis using company tools and processes
• Provide variance and data analysis on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
• Update financial reports and presentations for program leadership and support monthly financial planning forecasts

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Management, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, or an Advanced degree with 3 years of experience
• Experience in program controls with data analysis, reporting, and/or process improvement
• Familiarity with finance tools such as SAP for program costs, scheduling, tracking, and forecasting
• U.S. citizenship required due to access restrictions for financial management systems
