Key Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end delivery of a complex senior executive program, managing all phases of the program lifecycle
• Set and uphold learner experience standards, designing high-impact engagement activities for executive-level cohorts
• Serve as a peer coach for Program Delivery Managers, influencing delivery standards and leading knowledge-sharing initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in program delivery, customer success, or executive client management
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proven success with high-profile, executive-level audiences
• Exceptional program management skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams
• Fluency with data to drive decisions and improve outcomes
