Senior Program Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Acting as a strategic bridge between internal operational teams and clients, the hybrid-remote Senior Program Delivery Manager will manage high-visibility technology programs, ensuring services are delivered on time and within budget while fostering strong client relationships and driving project success.
Key responsibilities
- Manage internal and external resource schedules and oversee project execution following PMO standards
- Serve as the primary escalation point for clients, building executive-level relationships and driving customer satisfaction
- Lead complex enterprise IT projects, maintaining billable utilization targets and supporting business development efforts
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in IT consulting, professional services, or enterprise delivery
- Proven success in managing enterprise technology programs in client-facing environments
- Strong presence and communication skills, particularly in conveying technical solutions to non-technical clients
- Experience with advanced project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall
- Relevant professional certifications preferred (PMP, PMI-ACP, CSM, SAFe Agilist, ITIL Foundation)
