Job Summary

Independently owning complex enablement initiatives, the full-time Senior Program Delivery Strategist will manage high-impact projects for the sales organization, leveraging AI tools and data to enhance performance and drive measurable outcomes in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Scope and lead multi-stakeholder enablement initiatives, managing ambiguity and driving alignment from design through measurement
• Build trusted relationships with sales managers and stakeholders, contributing to a consultative operating-partner model
• Design measurement into initiatives, using outcome data to evaluate impact and inform future projects

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in sales enablement, training, or a related field with a proven track record of delivering results
• Strong knowledge of strategic selling principles and consultative selling methodologies
• Proven project management skills with the ability to independently scope, plan, and execute complex work
• Strong facilitation skills across various audience levels, influencing groups from frontline reps to senior leadership
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
