A company is looking for a Senior Program Development Lead, Binge Eating Disorder.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, evaluate, and implement clinical interventions and educational materials
Prepare strategic development plans for new program projects
Lead cross-functional project teams and serve as a subject matter expert

Required Qualifications

Minimum of a PhD in psychology or a related field
At least 2 years of experience in the treatment of Binge Eating Disorder
Experience developing clinical protocols, products, or services
Understanding of enhanced Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and/or Dialectical Behavior Therapy
Proficiency in project management and presentation software
