Senior Program Development Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Development Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, evaluate, and implement new clinical interventions and educational materials
• Prepare strategic development plans for new program projects and assist with training provider teams
• Lead small, cross-functional project teams and serve as a subject matter expert on larger initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of a PhD in psychology or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in the treatment of eating disorders as a clinician or researcher
• Experience in developing clinical protocols, products, or services
• Understanding of evidence-based mental health interventions related to eating disorders
• Proven ability to manage projects effectively
