Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Director, Empower & Protect.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the program redesign to scale into 6-8 new states, standardizing curriculum on core finance, compliance, HR, and risk management
• Drive innovation in capacity-building methodologies and integrate leadership insights into program strategies
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the program, ensuring alignment with organizational values and addressing challenges proactively

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years in a Senior Program Director role in the capacity-building sphere
• 5 years of direct experience managing supervisors and leading teams
• Strong understanding of multi-entity organizations and experience in political campaigns or movement-building organizations
• Experience with program oversight, evaluation, and process improvement
• Experience with state-based partnership management and engagement
