Senior Program Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Director, Managed Services to lead and scale its Managed Application Services operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead the Managed Application Services program aligned with growth and customer success objectives
• Own day-to-day operations, service quality, and customer experience while establishing standardized processes
• Manage financial inputs and develop capacity models to support growth over the next 12-18 months

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years in Professional Services, Managed Services, SaaS operations, or technical delivery leadership
• Proven experience scaling services or support teams in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise workflow environment
• Strong operational and process design experience, including SLAs and service catalogs
• Experience managing blended teams (onshore/offshore) with a track record of improving efficiency
• Strong understanding of technical platforms, integrations, and complex solution delivery
