Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Program Director to lead and manage strategic, cross-functional programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage cross-functional teams to execute strategic programs aligned with company goals
• Develop and implement strategic plans for program initiatives, including scope, deliverables, resources, and budgets
• Monitor and report program progress, risks, and achievements to senior management

Required Qualifications

• At least 12 years of experience in program or project management within a software or technology-related field
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive complex projects to successful completion
• Proven track record of leading large-scale software development projects and managing program transformation initiatives
• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in the supply chain or logistics software industry is highly desirable
