Senior Program Finance Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting program financial objectives, the full-time Senior Program Finance Analyst will manage financial metrics, assist in program planning activities, and ensure compliance with Earned Value principles while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Provides timely and accurate metrics on schedule and cost performance utilizing Earned Value or related processes
- Supports baseline development activities and analyzes performance variances to budget, assisting with recovery plans as needed
- Develops and monitors program-level time-phased plans to support revenue forecasting and financial reporting
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant discipline; Master's degree preferred
- 7+ years of related experience in program finance or financial analysis
- Knowledge of federal acquisition regulations and standards such as CAS/FAR/DFARS
- Proven expertise in Earned Value Management System (EVMS) principles
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel
