Senior Program Lead

Job Summary

Leading the planning and execution of program strategies, the full-time Senior Program Lead will manage operations, implementation, and evaluation of organizational programs remotely, ensuring alignment with mission goals and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee program operations, budgets, and resource management while ensuring cost-effectiveness and integration with existing initiatives
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by assessing program outcomes and enhancing participant engagement and retention
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program success and compliance with relevant standards and requirements

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of five years of relevant experience in food service, quality improvement, or related fields
• Experience in developing, launching, or scaling new programs or initiatives
• Knowledge of nutrition-related programming or healthy food initiatives
• Proven ability to build and maintain strategic relationships with stakeholders and partners
