Master of Arts or Master of Science (MA/MS) degree
Bachelor's Degree with two (2) years of additional work experience may substitute for a master's degree
Associate's Degree with four (4) years of additional work experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
Six (6) years of additional work experience may substitute for a bachelor's degree
